Head of Operational and Digital Resilience Service
This is a great job for someone who has experience in leading and implementing Operational Resilience and is familiar with the Digital Operational Resilience Act regulations.
A bit about the job: As Head of Operational and Digital Resilience Service reporting to the Aviva Investors Chief Information Officer, you will lead the implementation of both Operational Resilience and the Digital Operational Resilience Act for all in-scope Aviva Investors entities, ensuring compliance with regulations by deadlines. You will oversee Aviva Investors' business resilience, leading all resilience-related matters, responding to internal and external events to mitigate customer harm, and driving a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with senior leaders and accountable executives across Aviva Investors and the wider Aviva Group to influence, steer, and embed resilience strategies, ensuring they adapt to a transforming operating model with critical third parties at the core. External engagement with Critical Third-Party suppliers, Supervisory Authorities, and peers will be vital to represent Aviva Investors and influence resilience policies. As a leader within the Technology function, excellent communication skills are essential to lead and collaborate effectively.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
1. Ability to translate resilience strategies into actionable implementation plans.
2. Oversight of Business Continuity and Crisis Management frameworks.
3. Experience in Business Readiness and Change Management to ensure resilience during change activities.
4. Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
