What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead all UK financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance to drive growth and performance.
* Oversee month-end close, statutory compliance, tax, treasury, payroll, and credit control, ensuring alignment with group standards.
* Partner directly on M&A activity — from due diligence through to purchase price allocation and integration.
* Shape and evolve financial reporting, systems, and KPIs to support data-driven decisions across the UK and Europe.
* Act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership, actively challenging and guiding on commercial initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
* 10+ years’ experience in complex, multi-entity finance environments (ideally with manufacturing or distribution exposure).
* A proven track record in project or team leadership, including hands-on M&A and integration.
* Advanced Excel skills and strong ERP capabilities (Great Plains a plus).
* A certification in finance or accounting (MBA or other relevant certifications preferred).
* Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable operating with visibility at the highest levels.
