Family Solicitor Somerset Full:Time Permanent Up to GBP 60k DOE
Overview
A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Somerset is looking to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor to join its busy and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, handling a broad and interesting caseload.
Responsibilities
* Manage a range of family law matters, including divorce and separation, financial remedy proceedings, private children work, cohabitation disputes, domestic abuse applications, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
* Run your own caseload from instruction through to completion, providing high-quality advice and maintaining excellent client care throughout.
* Represent clients in negotiations and proceedings where required.
* Develop within a busy family department.
Qualifications
* Experienced Family Solicitor (PQE typical required).
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Confidence managing files independently.
* Ability to meet clients face-to-face, draft legal documentation, and represent clients in negotiations and proceedings.
* Proactive, team-oriented approach.
