Contract Type: Full Time - Permanent
Location: Leeds, Leeds International Study Centre
Salary: Up to £26,000.00 per annum
Leeds International Study Centre and its programmes are provided by Study Group in collaboration with the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University.
You will work within the existing Registry & Operations Team to ensure the day-to-day administrative functions of the office are carried out. A key focus will be on inputting, recording, reporting, and analyzing student data, including producing progression data and reports, timetabling, and assessments. You will need to be highly organized, with strong ICT skills and an administrative background.
About the Role
1. Using IT systems (Salesforce and TimeEdit) to create and maintain the teaching timetable.
2. Ensuring students study the correct modules for progression and are allocated to registration and teaching groups.
3. Setting up induction and student event timetables.
4. Maintaining accurate student data in management systems and uploading data as needed.
5. Setting up and maintaining Assessment Screens, including RPAG (student reports) in Salesforce.
6. Pulling and formatting data sheets for Assessment Boards.
7. Creating exam timetables and seating plans.
8. Releasing teaching and assessment timetables to students and staff.
9. Providing reports and data to the Centre Management Team, including pre-arrival and post-arrival student reports.
10. Assisting the Student Experience and Academic Teams with data requests, including progression data.
11. Monitoring student attendance according to company policy and UKVI requirements.
12. Supporting student induction and progression activities.
13. Providing general administrative support, such as handling student queries, ordering stationery, and petty cash management.
About You
* Experience with timetabling or similar complex data handling.
* Ability to produce and interpret complex data.
* Problem-solving skills and solution-focused mindset.
* Flexibility and ability to work under pressure to deadlines while maintaining professionalism.
* Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Office, and experience with record management systems.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Good communication skills for interacting with students and stakeholders.
* Ability to work cooperatively with others.
