In line with the Cathedral Mission and Vision within the Strategic Development Plan (due to be in draft form by early 2026), review and further develop existing fundraising plans into an ambitious and achievable five-year departmental plan, overseeing its implementation at strategic and delivery level.
Work closely with colleagues and with the Cathedral Fundraising Committee to deepen the fundraising culture throughout the Cathedral.

Hours and salary:This is a part-time post, average 28 hours per week (negotiable). Some flexibility is required. The salary is £55K per annum (69K FTE).
