Your new roleAs Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving regional sales performance, developing relationships, and expanding market presence. Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with wider organisational objectives, balancing immediate revenue opportunities with sustainable long‑term growth. Identify new sales channels, distributors, and partnership opportunities through market scanning, competitor analysis, and engagement with industry networks. Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to inform territory planning and uncover new commercial opportunities. Evaluate and pursue sales opportunities within your region, ensuring they align with organisational priorities and profitability requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, and end‑users across the air filtration and HVAC sectors. Present the organisation at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings, acting as a key representative within the region. Negotiate pricing, agreements, and commercial terms while ensuring compliance with internal governance. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (technical support, marketing, operations) to successfully onboard partners, launch products, and deliver high‑quality customer support.
