About the Job
As a Pre Preg Laminator, you will manufacture high-quality composite components under controlled conditions and established guidelines, ensuring precision and consistency throughout the production process. As part of your key responsibilities you will:
Under controlled conditions and guidelines, manufacture composites components
Apply an excellent understanding of good working practices with respect to patterns, moulds, and finished components
Interpret and work to engineering drawings and process manuals
Demonstrate an application of skills in both Pre Preg Laminating and vacuum bagging techniques
Show attention to detail and quality standards throughout the production cycle
Work in a safe, organised, and tidy manner in accordance with company and HSE guidelines
About you
Must have experience of Pre Preg Composite Laminating practices
Highly motivated to achieve consistent excellent results
Strong leadership skills - with the ability to coach and train others
Problem solving mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Good hand-eye coordination skills and attention to detail
Flexible approach to maintain workflow when required
Ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels
Strong team player with a positive attitude
Strong ambition to grow and develop within the Organisation
