You will work as part of an established team that supports Financial Crime solutions, primarily based on the NetReveal product. As an analyst in the team, you will be working on analysis and testing of new and existing detection scenarios and supporting the Financial Crime business area with the resolution of queries. You will be expected to develop an understanding of the functions and processes provided by current systems. The difference you'll make: Working on NetReveal systems to deliver the new functionality specified in the 'Book of Work' for 2024 Collaborating with project stakeholders, IT teams, developers, business analysts, Business users and UAT teams Using analytical skills, both independently and as part of a team Designing, writing and executing manual and automated test scripts Solving problems and troubleshooting for the Technical Team & Business Being an active contributor to continuous improvement within a team, providing honest and open feedback based on your experience What you'll bring: Good teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and persuade at all levels and able to establish positive working relationships in multi-functional teams and third parties Ability to cope under pressure in a fast moving environment, potentially working independently to identify root causes and apply solutions A high level of diligence and attention to detail with ability to take ownership and accountability Experience of writing test plans, testing and defect analysis Database querying skills and experience of using Excel, and a willingness to learn about new systems and technologies Documentation and presentation of results in a proficient and understandable format It would also be nice for you to have: Experience of Financial Crime systems (Transaction Monitoring, Name Screening and Customer Risk Assessment) Knowledge of NetReveal, Confluence, Jira, SanUK data systems What else you need to know: We want our people to thrive at work and home, and we recognise that many people benefit from flexible arrangements.
