In this role, you will be:
* Generating apprenticeship starts through proactive sales calls and online meetings
* Prospecting new employers and developing existing accounts
* Building strong client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor
* Managing the full sales cycle- from lead to onboarding
* Recording activity accurately in the CRM to track progress and outcomes
Youll thrive in this role if you are:
* Experienced in sales or account management (2+ years)
* Confident working with B2B clients and decision-makers
* A clear communicator with strong influencing skills
* Organised, resilient, and motivated by results
* Curious, coachable, and eager to keep learning
