We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Human Resources Co-ordinator to join a busy and supportive HR team. This is a varied, hands-on role at the centre of people operations, ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, accuracy, and involvement in a wide range of HR activities.The successful candidate will provide high-quality HR coordination and administrative support to senior HR leadership, ensuring HR records, systems, and processes are accurate,pliant, and delivered to a consistently high standard. Working within a regulated care and education environment, attention to detail, sound judgement, and discretion are essential.

Your new role

1. Provide proactive administrative and coordination support to senior HR leaders.
2. Maintain accurate,pliant employee records, ensuring data protection standards are consistently met.
3. Coordinate probation processes, including issuing reminders, tracking progress, and preparing confirmation letters.
4. Monitor and manage the HR mailbox, responding to queries and escalating matters appropriately.
5. Process employee leavers and associated documentation.
6. Carry out annual driving licence checks and upload manager car insurance documentation.
7. Coordinate ID badge issue as part of the induction process.
8. Support PVG and DBS applications, renewals, monitoring, and overseas checks.
9. Assist with onboarding filepletion during peak periods or holiday cover.
10. Endorse professional registration applications where required.
11. Conduct exit interviews and share insights with HR management.
12. Take accurate meeting notes and circulate actions.
13. Log appraisals and support appraisal tracking.
14. Monitor visa expiry dates and alert HR leadership.
15. Track professional registrations andpliance requirements.
16. Support filepliance for employees moving to bank, sabbaticals, or career breaks.
17. Assist with HR data cleansing, audits, andpliance checks.
18. Provide reception cover during annual leave periods when required.

What you'll need to succeed

19. Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks and managepeting deadlines.
20. Works confidently and methodically, using good judgement and a structured approach.
21. Excellent attention to detail andfortable working with systems, data, and records.
22. Values confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism.
23. Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
24. Strong written and verbalmunication skills.
25. Positive, can-do attitude and takes ownership of work.
26. Keen to learn, develop, and build a career within HR.
27. Desirable: Previous HR or administrative experience in a regulated environment.
