Job Title
Parts Picker and Packer
The Role
The main purpose of a Vospers Parts Picker and Packer is to Pick, pack and invoice parts orders for delivery and/or collection using Dealer Management Systems
Key Responsibilities
Core Duties:
* Parts Handling
* Administration duties – DMS & Credit Card machine
* Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
* Promote a Parts team culture
Parts Sales
* Supply accurate parts orders.
Parts Administration
* Invoice Internal & External parts orders using Company DMS.
* Take payment for orders using credit card machine.
* Take full part in stock check activities.
* Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
* Work together with other members of the parts team to ensure the best possible service to customers.
* Communicate with colleagues regarding all order discrepancies.
Promote a Parts Team Culture
* Maintain and contribute to a good and fair working environment for all staff.
* Work closely and openly with all staff and managers to achieve a team culture.
* Respect all staffs views and opinions.
* Maintain the depot in a clean, safe and organised fashion, while adhering to all Vospers Health and Safety legislation.
General Activity
* Work with your Line Manager in discussing the needs of Vospers and the rest of the team.
* Work with your Line Manager following all processes and procedures that are put in place.
* Attend Departmental meetings with a positive approach.
* Help to promote and provide a positive working environment for all, encapsulating the Vospers Employee Core Values and Mission Statement.
* Develop both your own, your team and Company knowledge through attending various training opportunities.
* Ensure security is maintained within the department and Company premises.
* Constantly review all areas of responsibility and discuss any ideas for future improvement.
* Interact with other team members in and outside of your department to promote the Vospers culture.
* Maintain a professional standard of dress to portray a professional image of the company.
* Maintain safe working practice and abide by all working rules set out on site.
* Undertake any other duties that are reasonably required by your Line Manager to meet the needs of the Business.

Monday to Friday (Part-Time), Rota to be discussed at interview
