Mission:
As part of the broader Data & AI Transformation and Global Product strategy, Pluxee is establishing a cross-functional Product Analytics capability to measure, optimize, and personalize experiences across its digital channels and platforms. The Product Analytics Director will play a critical role in defining and operationalizing this capability globally.

Key responsibilities:
* Define the global strategy and roadmap for digital and product analytics in alignment with Product, Technology, and Data teams,
* Lead the implementation and optimization of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Firebase, Google Tag Manager, Amplitude, Contentsquare, Datadog, etc.),
* Manage the creation and enforcement of standardized tagging plans and event taxonomies across digital channels,
* Partner with Product Managers, UX/UI, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision making,
* Develop and maintain a scalable and modular analytics architecture, supporting experimentation, personalization, and user segmentation,
* Build and lead a high-performing analytics team (internal and external contributors), ensuring upskilling, coaching, and alignment with business priorities,
* Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation of digital tracking across systems,
* Provide regular insights, dashboards, and performance reviews to key business and product stakeholders,
* Serve as the main point of contact for external vendors and analytics partners.
You're a match:
* 10+ years of experience in digital/product analytics or data-driven product management,
* Proven experience implementing and managing digital analytics platforms (GA4, GTM, Firebase, Contentsquare, Datadog, etc.),
* Strong understanding of web and mobile tracking architectures and best practices,
* Experience in building and scaling analytics teams and capabilities across regions or business units,
* Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to connect analytics with growth and UX objectives,
* Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
* Strong leadership and team-building skills,
* Deep knowledge of product lifecycle, experimentation, and A/B testing methodologies,
* Ability to translate complex digital behaviors into actionable business insights,
* Mastery of tracking governance, data layer design, and tagging orchestration,
* Familiarity with product management tools and agile methodologies,
* Collaborative mindset to work across Data, Product, Tech, and Marketing teams.
