Marketing Analyst
Sought by the Windows division of an international polymer manufacturer, in their Ross-on-Wye office. This global company has nearly 200 locations worldwide and supplies to industries including construction, industrial, and automotive sectors.
The Role:
As a Marketing Analyst, you will support the Windows division with market analysis by:
1. Providing data, trends, and insights to inform decisions and actions
2. Reporting on KPIs
3. Creating and maintaining sales control dashboards
4. Developing customer-specific overviews and market insights
5. Collaborating with UK and overseas departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Management
6. Maintaining master data and analyzing market trends crucial for new product launches and business in the UK Fenestration sectors
7. Loading data into presentation formats and occasionally delivering presentations
8. Balancing 50% market analysis and 50% project management, trend analysis, and product management tasks (e.g., brochure preparation)
The Person:
1. Degree in a business-related discipline (2:1 preferred)
2. At least 3 months of commercial experience via internship
3. Over 1 year in industry experience (preferred)
4. Relevant market analysis experience
5. Manufacturing experience is a plus but not essential
6. Comfortable with data and numbers
7. Eager to learn and grow
8. English proficiency at B2/C1 level is essential
9. Proficiency in a second language (German preferred) is a plus
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
11. Experience with CRM systems is preferred; training available
12. Strong project management and teamwork skills
13. Effective communicator across stakeholders
14. Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines
15. Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle due to office location
Salary & Benefits:
1. £25,000 - £33,595 salary
2. Flexible hours (37.5 hours, core 10am – 3pm) - Immediate start
