What you’ll be doing: * Leading and supporting night staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care * Handling medication safely including ordering, administration, and auditing * Overseeing care planning, support plans, and effective handovers * Stepping in for the Service Manager or Deputy when required * Being a supportive point of contact for residents, families and colleagues overnight What you’ll bring: * SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare (or equivalent) * A calm, steady approach and experience in a care setting * Willingness to complete training such as PDA Supervision and Medication * Basic IT skills to update care plans and records * An understanding of and comfort working within a culture shaped by Christian values, such as compassion, dignity and respect Ready to lead with compassion and purpose while the world sleeps?
