Competitive Salary: from £95000 dependant on experience and exclusive of enhancements.

* Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across routine, urgent and complex presentations.
* Assess, diagnose, treat and manage patients with a wide range of primary and urgent care needs.
* Work autonomously while contributing fully to a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
* Use your clinical expertise, judgement and experience to make safe, effective decisions.
* Manage long-term conditions, care planning and end-of-life care with empathy and professionalism.
* Provide holistic care, promoting self-care, prevention and wellbeing alongside treatment.
* Support continuity of care through accurate documentation, follow-up and coordination with other services.
* Contribute to high standards of clinical governance, quality improvement and best practice.
* Play a key role in delivering accessible, compassionate care when patients need it most.
