Job Description
We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to contribute to the delivery of high-quality Faculty events
* Strong team working skills with colleagues; proactive in finding solutions
* Ability to respond to and resolve enquiries and problems effectively, knowing when to escalate issues
* Significant experience in administrative and/or customer service roles supporting systems or processes
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible approach to working environment and hours
* Proactive in supporting staff members
Qualifications
* 5 GCSEs including Mathematics and English Language at Grade C or above, or equivalent
* A levels or equivalent
* Relevant professional qualification in administration, finance, HR, or marketing
