Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to join Sutton's Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team. Duties and Responsibilities: * Managed and supervised a team of Social Workers and Specialist Support Workers supporting children and young people with disabilities. * Oversaw cases involving Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children Looked After plans. * Ensured high-quality service delivery in line with statutory duties and local policies. * Provided reflective supervision, performance management, and professional development to team members. * Promoted multi-agency working and best practice to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.
