Small Works Project Manager – Join Our Team
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in facilities management and maintenance? We’re looking for someone who can lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
The Role
Oversee small works and maintenance projects, ensuring full compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations. You’ll manage contractors, review risk assessments, support end users, and act as the key point of contact for resolving issues. You’ll also drive cost efficiency while maintaining high standards across multiple sites.
What You’ll Bring
* Level 4 Facilities Management qualification (or equivalent experience)
* Proven experience in maintenance, small works, and project delivery
* Strong knowledge of safe systems of work (e.g. asbestos, legionella, working at height)
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
* HNC in Building, Mechanical, or FM
* Membership of a professional body (e.g. IWFM)
