We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Assistant to join our friendly HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-quality recruitment service that supports teams across the organisation and helps ensure our services are staffed by the best people.
Responsibilities
About the Role
Based at Dewsbury Health Centre, with a hybrid working model, you will provide end-to-end recruitment support across the organisation. Working closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues, you will help ensure a smooth, efficient and positive recruitment experience for candidates and managers alike.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the full recruitment process from advertising vacancies to issuing contracts
* Coordinating and scheduling interviews
* Completing pre-employment checks and onboarding activities
* Liaising with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with recruitment processes
* Providing excellent customer service to candidates, colleagues and external stakeholders
Qualifications
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience working in a busy administrative environment (recruitment experience desirable)
* Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills
* Has strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Is able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
* DeliVers high-quality customer service and builds positive working relationships
