We’re looking for proactive, organised Purchasing Assistant to join our Exeter office (EX5 1AU) and play a vital role in keeping our purchasing and stores operations running effectively. This role is a full time, permanent role working 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Our Exeter office has on-site parking and is best accessed via car. What You’ll Be Doing As a Purchasing Assistant, you’ll be processing the day to day purchasing and storage needs of the business, focusing on the delivery of equipment and services nationally. You will: Assist with the management of purchasing inbox enquiries Support the processing and validation of parts requests. Assist with the ordering of equipment Communicate with staff across multiple locations to provide updates on order progress and resolve queries. Maintain continuity of stock and supplier performance. Identify and report issues or potential improvements to enhance the day-to-day running of the stores and procurement function.
