This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with teaching staff, lead learning activities, and support pupils’ progress across the school. What You’ll Be Doing: As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, your key responsibilities will include: Delivering pre-planned lessons and covering classes in the absence of the teacher. Leading small group work and 1:1 interventions, particularly in English and Maths. Supporting pupils with varying abilities, including those with SEND or EAL needs. Assisting with planning, preparation, and assessment alongside the class teacher. Promoting positive behaviour and a supportive learning environment.
