We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to drive consumer growth and brand elevation across three exciting FMCG brands: CRU Kafe, Keto Hana & SOS Hydration.
You’ll lead a sharp digital marketing team (Performance, CRM, Content/Community) to deliver two key things:
1. Growth Strategy
Shape and steer consumer growth plans across e-com and digital
Use insight + data to align performance with long-term brand value
Connect the dots between strategy, storytelling and execution
2. Brand Activation
Guide campaigns, content and activations across all touch points
Champion brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries
Who you are
* 15+ years’ experience in E-com, specifically in FMCG
* Comfortable balancing growth targets with brand building
* Knows how to operate in fast-moving, start-up environments
