Key Responsibilities:
Product Inspections:
· Conduct detailed visual and dimensional inspections of subcontracted fabrications, ensuring alignment with technical drawings.
· Inspect welds and surface finishes throughout the fabrication of enclosures and tanks.
· Perform coating inspections (DFT/Adhesion/Environmental/Surface Finish) according to specifications.
· Manage and implement inspection hold points for critical testing phases.
· Execute final sign-off inspections, ensuring products meet customer requirements.
· Perform Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) (MPI) when needed on carbon steel lift points.
· Witness hydrostatic testing of bases and tanks according to in-house procedures.
· Perform pneumatic testing of fluid tanks as per internal technical operations.
· Conduct snagging inspections on completed enclosures and tanks.
Process Inspections:
· Conduct regular welder audits to ensure adherence to specifications.
· Verify torque levels on bolted connections to ensure secure assemblies.

· Strong communication skills for effective documentation and reporting.
· Experience in weld inspection.
Desirable but Not Essential:
· Experience in coating inspections.
· Experience in conducting dimensional inspections.
· Interest in personal and professional growth within the field of quality assurance.
