Role Overview:
Leidos is looking for a Customer Service Desk Operative to join the team in Bicester.
The Customer Service Desk operates a Jira-based customer service tool called Komodo, which offers customers a dynamic and flexible approach to raising tickets. We seek a driven, hardworking, and dedicated individual to play a part in this high-profile role.
This role joins a team of 12 employees and is very fast-paced. Operators support customers on Operations/Exercises across the UK and worldwide 24/7, 365 days a year. Full training will be provided to all successful applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive, record, and resolve customer queries via telephone/Komodo.
* Refer unresolvable Tier 1 tickets to Tier 2/3 or Team Leader when applicable.
* Communicate responses back to customers politely and professionally.
* Perform any other duties assigned by your Team Leader.
What does Leidos need from me:
* Clear and succinct communication, both verbally and in writing.
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload to meet operational needs.
* Be a team player, welcoming and accepting of everyone.
* Good IT skills.
* Previous call centre experience is preferred but full training will be given.
Hours of work:
* 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30.
* The role involves a combination of office and home working.
Clearance Requirements:
* BPSS clearance to start.
* BPSS clearance required for the role.
