SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR – HYBRID WORKING - Commercial Groundworks projects - Midlands region
Salary up to £85k
Ltd Co Status £400per day
Working for a very reputable local groundworks and civil engineering business that operates throughout the Midlands region. This role is ideally for a civil engineering or groundworks experienced Quantity Surveyor that wants to have ownership of a variety of projects strictly in the Midlands region. Hybrid Working available for the Quantity Surveyor role.
Groundworks Project Packages include:
•Foundations
•Deep and Shallow Drainage
•Retaining Structures foundations
•Balancing Ponds
•Hard and Soft Landscaping
•Surfacing
All projects are working with commercial and industrial projects/clients. No Resi groundworks.

Requirements
•Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within either Groundworks or Civil Engineering
•NEC Contract Experience
