Your interest and experience, coupled with your people skills, mean you’ll contribute more widely on ‘all things people’.

You'll be reporting to our Global VP of People and based in our Oxford office.

o Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
o Conduct screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
o Manage all candidate touchpoints including scheduling, interviews, offers, and reference checks.
o Oversee and maintain Lever, our applicant tracking system (ATS), keeping candidate records, workflows, and recruitment documentation accurate and up to date.
o Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor recruiting metrics, leveraging data analysis to drive improvements in hiring efficiency, candidate quality, and experience.
* Human Resources/People Operations:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for managers and employees in the Oxford office on HR policies, procedures, benefits, performance, and engagement, ensuring clear guidance and timely support.
o Administer and support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, orientation, and exit interviews.
o Partner with managers to address employee matters in line with company policies and UK employment law, including performance challenges, engagement, and team development.
o Support leave management processes, including annual leave, sick leave, parental leave, and other statutory entitlements.
o Assist the Finance Team with payroll preparation for UK employees by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, salary changes, leave).
o Maintain accurate HR documentation, including employee records, contract addendums, letters, and policy updates.
o Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and workflow efficiency.

Essential Experience and Qualifications

* Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
* Proven success managing high-volume, end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
* Strong research and sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, market mapping.
* Experience with applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS platforms, such as Lever and ADP.
