Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Description:
The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Global Brand Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, and the General Manager to plan and maintain the brand identity through strategic planning and activation. Responsibilities include executing marketing activities to support Shanghai Me London, managing social media and digital campaigns, overseeing events, and coordinating with various teams and external agencies. The role requires organization, creativity, and a strong understanding of the F&B industry and London’s dining scene. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in brand/marketing, preferably within hospitality, and possess excellent communication and digital skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Create content briefs for marketing activations
2. Develop and propose a localized marketing calendar
3. Support the execution of restaurant activations and events
4. Oversee private dining events and ensure seamless communication
5. Develop social media calendars and oversee digital campaigns
6. Coordinate with brand and operation teams to meet business needs
7. Assist in developing brand collateral and maintaining brand voice
8. Respond to guest inquiries across platforms
9. Manage external agencies (Graphic Design, PR, Digital Marketing)
10. Maintain records of challenges and achievements through reports
11. Coordinate photoshoots and videoshoots
12. Prepare monthly BRM reports including social media, PR, and digital marketing
13. Ensure brand standards are consistently met
14. Possess a strong understanding of London’s F&B scene and current cultural trends
15. Work autonomously and effectively under pressure
16. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills
17. Possess experience in content creation, digital marketing, and event management
18. Educational background in marketing is preferred
19. Proficient in social media, Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, Canva
Qualifications:
* 4-5 years experience in Brand/Marketing, preferably in F&B
* Understanding of London’s F&B scene
* Excellent social media and content creation skills
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
