Job Descriptions: • Take the lead in handling out large and technically complex clients • Identify key issues and priorities by analysing complex business situations at hand • Act as a trusted business advisor to the clients by providing advice on a business and personal level to the managers • Overseeing all client engagement • Overall responsibility to allocate work • Overseeing a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery. • Ensure client service is always maintained at a top tier level • Managing the end to end audit process including budgets and timescales • Willing to work in mixed sectors with large companies • Assisting on ad hoc projects. Ideal Candidate: • ACA / ACCA / CA qualified or equivalent qualification • Excellent working knowledge of IFRS/UKGAAP • Ideally hold RI status or able to start the application process to obtain RI status • A peoples persone with great communication, problem-solving and time management skills • Ambitios with a keen interest to grow the business • Experience withing accountancy practice and able to work within a variety of industries • Proven capability to manage a large variety of client portfolios • Experience with training and mentoring a team This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly reputable accounting firm of choice.
