Management Accountant. Fully Remote. Salary: £55-60K

The Role:
Venture Recruitment Partners are working on an exclusive basis with a high-growth SME to recruit for a newly created Management Accountant position. The business has carved out a strong niche in the market through its commitment to sustainable, bespoke products and continues to grow at pace.
This role offers a rare opportunity to work 100% remotely, while developing under a highly supportive Finance Controller who is keen to mentor and progress the successful candidate into his role over the next 18–24 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly management accounts
Posting sales workings and product costs for management information
Producing daily sales reports and managing cashflow
Ownership of VAT returns across multiple jurisdictions (Canada, UK, Netherlands, USA and Norway)
Assisting with the preparation of board packs
Supporting the annual audit process and audit file preparation
Experience / Qualifications:
Previous experience in an Assistant Accountant or Management Accountant role
Studying towards, or keen to study towards, ACA, ACCA or CIMA
Strong management accounting and reconciliation skills
Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to progress
