Residential Conveyancer - Bristol - 2+ Years PQE
Location: Bristol
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (part-time considered; hybrid working available post-probation)
Salary: £45,000 to £70,000
A well-established law firm in Bristol is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its respected Residential Conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a quality-focused, collaborative environment with strong local connections and a reputation for outstanding client service.
The Role
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Transfers of equity and remortgages
* Drafting and reviewing contract packages, title reports, and mortgage documentation
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders
* Conducting exchanges and completions
* Ensuring compliance with AML and regulatory standards
* Participating in marketing and networking activities
Candidate Requirements
* 2+ years experience in residential conveyancing
* Strong technical and drafting skills
* Excellent communication and client care abilities
* Confidence in managing matters independently
* Enthusiasm for business development and social media engagement
* IT literacy and adaptability to new systems
* Knowledge of the Bristol property market (preferred)
