Continuous Improvement Lead - Bracknell - Hybrid - Full time permanent position - must have Financial Services experience
We are supporting a financial services business that is based in Bracknell and looking to build out a CI function.
This is a hands‑on role focused on improving processes, reducing inefficiencies, and embedding a continuous improvement mindset across the organisation starting with finance and scaling wider.
Role Responsibilities
* Set up and lead the Continuous Improvement function
* Identify and eliminate manual processes, duplication, and inefficiencies
* Conduct process and value chain analysis (value vs control vs waste)
* Build and deliver a pipeline of improvement initiatives
* Work closely with SMEs to map processes, analyze workflows, and implement improvements
* Roll out and lead a hub & spoke CI model across the business
* Act as the central CI expert, advocate, and coach
* Enable teams to deliver CI within their own functions
* Drive a continuous improvement culture across multiple departments
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven background in Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence
* Experience within financial services (preferred but not essential)
* Strong experience in process mapping and value chain analysis
* Practical knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Experience working closely with SMEs and extracting process knowledge
