Duration: Permanent role
Location: Minimum of 3 days on-site at Hinkley Point C, with occasional visits to Bristol and other Project Offices. Flexibility is required as arrangements may change.
Salary: Competitive, based on requested rate
Principal Accountabilities
1. Manage day-to-day interface activities with other processes.
2. Resolve minor queries from the Joint Design Office (JDO) teams and support the wider JDO Quality team with external queries.
3. Assist the JDO Quality Engineer in developing and implementing arrangements.
4. Support the JDO Quality Manager in interface-related investigations.
Support Activities
1. Assist the JDO Quality Manager in assurance activities.
2. Support the JDO Quality Engineer in quality control activities.
3. Help the wider JDO team understand external standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and project requirements (e.g., GQAS).
4. Develop and monitor continuous improvement activities within the JDO.
5. Participate in investigations, observations, and incident management.
6. Organize and support quality-related meetings and workshops, including producing minutes.
7. Assist the JDO Quality Manager in other team objectives.

Desirable
* Certified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor.
* Knowledge of GQAS and QRA activities.
* Understanding of Nuclear Site Licence Conditions.
* Experience in engineering, construction, or regulated environments.
* Knowledge of PLMs.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
* Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
* Experience in nuclear, engineering, or design environments.
* Experience with Quality/Management Systems development and implementation.
Desirable
* Qualified internal auditor and audit experience.
* Training experience in Quality Management.
* Experience in Root Cause Analysis and trend analysis.
