This will be a 2 year agency contract with 1 months’ notice given. Role Overview – MIG Welder The successful MIG Welder / Fabricator will be responsible for MIG welding and fabrication work to tight tolerances, following standard work procedures and working from build and welding fixtures. The role requires a strong focus on quality, safety and teamwork. What’s Required Proven MIG welding experience Ideally have experience in a heavy manufacturing environment NVQ Level 3 or equivalent Experience working to tight tolerances Pay & Hours 36.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 3 shift rotation Shift rates from: £19.55 - £26.39 per hour Overtime Available Monthly performance and attendance bonuses Additional Benefits Free on-site parking & public transport access On-site gym Paid holidays (including bank holidays) Full induction, training and PPE provided Potential for permanent employment Skills Test All applicants must successfully pass a skills test prior to offer.
