Your new firm Our client is a leading UK law firm with a strong national presence and a growing Bristol office.
Known for its collaborative culture and commitment to delivering exceptional client service, the firm is consistently ranked in Chambers and Legal 500 and recognised as one of the best firms to work for.
The firm offers a supportive and inclusive environment, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your wellbeing and professional development.
Your new role You will join a highly regarded Housing Management team, one of the largest in the country, advising a wide range of clients including housing associations, local authorities, care providers, and charities.
The role will involve handling a variety of property-related disputes and advisory work such as possession and injunction claims, disrepair and breach of tenancy matters, cases involving the Equality Act and Mental Capacity Act, as well as leasehold management and service charge disputes.
What you'll need to succeed You will have strong litigation experience, ideally within property disputes, and the ability to manage your own caseload effectively.
Excellent client care skills, commercial awareness, and strong drafting ability are essential.
While experience in housing management is desirable, it is not essential, and candidates with a background in property litigation will be considered.
We would expect a lawyer with the given PQE to have gained the level of experience required, but this does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE.
