About the Role
As a key member of our front-of-house team, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting our Sudbury site. You’ll manage the customer journey from start to finish — ensuring each customer feels informed, supported, and valued throughout their repair process.
What You’ll Be Doing
Booking in vehicles and arranging collections/returns with efficiency and care
Handling inbound/outbound calls and email enquiries in a professional manner
Managing customer complaints and working towards fast, effective resolutions
Keeping internal systems and external insurer portals up to date
Building rapport with customers while maintaining accurate admin records
Working to team and individual performance targets, including customer satisfaction
Assisting with the movement of vehicles on-site as needed
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a customer service role (automotive industry preferred)
Excellent communication skills — in person, on the phone, and via email
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and adapt in a busy, fast-paced environment
Comfortable with computer systems and Microsoft Office
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
Familiarity with the Sudbury area for vehicle logistics is a plus
