We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team in Bromsgrove. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the finance department through accurate record keeping, efficient administrative tasks, and contributing to the smooth running of the day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate financial records and update files accordingly
* Scan, file, and manage electronic and paper documents efficiently
* Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls and emails
* Deliver a high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
* Assist with month-end bank reconciliations and related paperwork
* Support general administrative duties as required within the accounts department

* Attention to detail
* Strong ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A proactive team player with the ability to work independently when needed
* Confident with IT systems and software; excellent IT skills required (including MS Office)
