Primary Teacher - Alternative Provision
QTS Primary Teacher required - Primary Support Base located in St Albans - September 2024 - MPS/UPS (£155 to £225 per day) - Long term to permanent role - Small class of just 8 - No experience in Alternative Provision required!
Do you hold QTS as a Primary Teacher but are eager to do something different like supporting children with behavioural issues? Would you like to work in an Alternative Provision school that can support children on an individual basis?

About the role
This exceptional school located in St Albans, Hertfordshire offers young students who are struggling in mainstream settings the opportunity to attend a different type of school that supports them on an individual basis with an education plan that meets their needs. The school is well-run and has recently obtained an outstanding Ofsted report based on its work in all areas of these young learners' lives.
Due to increased intake for September, they are looking to appoint at least one new Primary Teacher who will be supported and developed into an exceptional AP Teacher - no prior experience needed.
Role requirements
* QTS qualified Teacher (ECTs considered and can be supported for induction).
* Experience in Early Years, KS1, and KS2 is relevant to the role.
* Desire to be part of a fully committed AP Team.
* Paid on parity with MPS/UPS - planning and assessment will be required.
* Must be committed to training and development.
