We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy automotive repair centre in Fife. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers both in person and over the phone. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional customer journey from booking repairs through to vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities
14. Welcome customers professionally and provide outstanding service
15. Manage vehicle repair bookings and customer updates
16. Coordinate with technicians, insurers, and suppliers
17. Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
18. Maintain accurate records and administrative systems
19. Support the smooth day-to-day running of the repair centre
What We’re Looking For
20. Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administration
21. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
22. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
23. Good IT and computer skills
24. Ability to remain calm under pressure
25. Automotive industry experience is beneficial but not essential
26. A positive attitude and customer-first mindset
