About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team, leading the delivery of exceptional live events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Working hours : Week 1 : Wednesday – Sunday 8am-5pm Week 2 : Tuesday- Sunday 8am-5pm reoccurring Location : Office-based, in Nine Elms SW8 5EN Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative: Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via telephone and email. Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations. Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Manage accurate records and update customer information in our systems. Support the sales and operation teams with customer related tasks. Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while communicating with customers What We Are Looking For: Previous experience in customer service- preferably food service & hospitality. Excellent communication skilled and a professional telephone manner. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Ability to analyse information and provide solutions effectively.
