Those Huge Small Victories
Our Teaching Assistants are fulfilled by making even the smallest positive changes in our young people. We celebrate these small wins, which we call 'huge small victories'. While they may seem minor, they collectively make a significant impact.
Get out what you put in
You will work with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder/Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. Your role is to help them learn, develop their abilities, and boost their self-esteem. Resilience and dedication are essential, and the rewards of seeing your pupils' progress are immense.
