Senior Carer – Residential Home
Location: Norwich area, Norfolk
Pay Rate: £14.33 per hour (no paid breaks)
Hours: 42 hours per week, alternate weekends, Full-Time, Permanent
Start: ASAP
Responsibilities
* Lead and support the care team on shift
* Deliver high‑quality personal and person‑centred care
* Administer and manage medication safely
* Support care planning, assessments, and accurate record‑keeping
* Mentor and guide junior care staff
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding requirements
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
* Previous senior care experience in a residential setting
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Compassionate, reliable, and person‑centred approach
