Are you a detail-driven data enthusiast with a passion for reward operations? We’re hiring two Rewards Analysts to join a globally respected organisation delivering cutting-edge, clean power solutions.
This is a 6-month temporary contract supporting a high-volume period in the GBS People Services Reward Operations team. You’ll play a key role in delivering global reward programmes that recognise and motivate talent across regions.
Role
 * Coordinate salary reviews and incentive plans
 * Maintain accurate data across HR and payroll systems
 * Support audits, compliance checks, and year-end reward cycles
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to improve reward processes
 * Keep documentation and process guides up to date
Experience needed
 * Experience in Pay Awards, Bonuses, and Reward data
 * Strong Excel skills and confidence with large datasets
 * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
 * A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn fast
