Are you an experienced sales professional within building materials or construction products, looking to take ownership of a high-value region? We're recruiting a Business Development Manager to join a well-established builders merchant with a strong reputation and a loyal customer base across Yorkshire.
What you'll be doing
* Managing and growing key accounts, including some of the company's top-performing customers
* Developing new business opportunities across SME builders and national house builders
* Upselling a wide portfolio of building materials and construction products
* Building long-lasting relationships through regular face-to-face client visits
* Keeping up to date with industry trends, product developments, and competitor activity
* Ensuring accurate CRM updates and providing reports to senior management
* Working collaboratively with multiple branches to support customer needs
