We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial Export Business Development Manager to join Chanelle Pharma’s Animal Health B2B team. This role is key to driving growth and strengthening relationships with top global animal health companies. The ideal candidate has experience in Animal Health Pharma B2B, ideally managing key accounts of leading industry players, and thrives in a fast-paced, strategic environment.
Location:On-site (Loughrea or Porto), Hybrid (Loughrea or Porto) or Remote.
As our Export Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Developing and growing relationships with key accounts, ensuring Chanelle is a preferred strategic partner.
* Driving sales and profitability by identifying new business opportunities and expanding product offerings.
* Analysing market data and sales performance to make informed, data-driven decisions and support strategic initiatives.
* Developing and implementing key account business plans, including sales strategies, pricing, and promotional initiatives.
* Leading legal discussions and negotiating Licensing and Supply agreements to successfully close deals.
* Working cross-functionally to support new product launches and pipeline strategies.
* Utilising Salesforce and CRM tools to track performance, monitor market trends, and optimise business decisions.
* Representing Chanelle at industry events and meetings, building strong networks.
Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in veterinary or a related field.
Skills & Competencies
* Proven experience in Animal Health Pharma B2B, ideally managing key accounts of top global animal health companies.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen and commercial judgment.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and support strategic decisions.
* Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
* Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
