The role: As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key part in supporting children with complex needs, including autism, learning difficulties, and physical or medical conditions. You’ll work alongside teachers, therapists, and other support staff to create meaningful learning experiences and a positive, safe environment for every child.
