Junior Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Marketing) - Fast-Growing Business

Their roots trace back over 50 years to and they now offer one of the UK’s most comprehensive product ranges within cleaning equipment. Their in-house team spans customer service, product design, fulfilment and sales - ensuring they deliver the right gear, at the best prices, with expert support.
Due to continued growth and a recent move into new, larger premises, we are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to run paid media, support organic social, and improve CRM/email.
This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone who is commercially minded, data-driven, and confident running performance marketing across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for executing campaigns, managing performance, and improving results within set budgets.
Responsibilities:
• Build, launch and manage campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and Amazon Ads
• Optimise performance through ongoing testing across creatives, audiences, keywords, targeting, bidding and account structure
• Manage set budgets and keep spend controlled across channels
• Track, report and improve marketing KPIs through testing and optimisation across paid and CRM
• Produce weekly performance reporting using GA4 and Looker Studio, supported by Excel
• Work closely with the Head of Design to brief creatives, request iterations/variations, and run structured creative testing
• Manage organic social posting across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn (content calendar and posting)
• Support CRM and email marketing using Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, segmentation and testing)
• Bring new ideas and improvements to leadership/board meetings based on performance data and market trends
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and Amazon Ads
• Shopify / eCommerce experience
• Understanding of performance KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CVR, AOV.
• Experience using Klaviyo for campaigns and flows
• Working knowledge of GA4 and Looker Studio
• Strong Excel skills and clear communication/reporting
• Reliable, organised, and comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team
• Experience improving Amazon listings to support ad performance
