About The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is attracted to covering occasional shifts on a casual basis or for short term periods inour supported housing service in North Somerset.
At Salvation Army Homes we are dedicated to providing comprehensive, good quality housing services, support and resettlement. The Relief Support Worker will work with people who are or have recently experienced homelessness and who are in need of support and accommodation.
As a Relief Support Worker, you will need to:
* Get to know and build the trust of our clients
* Unlock our clients potential to live independently
* Enhance their social integration by encouraging participation in social and leisure programmes,
* Help residents with their support needs and with the practicalities of everyday living
