Job Description
In this role, you will: • Build meaningful relationships with underserved communities • Co‑design outreach activities and culturally relevant support pathways • Lead engagement in local communities to reduce health inequalities • Deliver workshops, presentations, and targeted awareness campaigns • Develop partnerships with PCNs, ICS colleagues, public health teams and VCSE organisations • Help ensure individuals affected by cancer know how and where to access support
We’re looking for someone who: Understands community development and health inequalities Has experience engaging diverse communities Communicates with empathy, clarity and cultural humility Can design inclusive workshops, events and engagement activities Has strong digital and social media skills Is committed to equity, diversity and anti‑discriminatory practice
