About the Role
We are seeking an experienced PPC Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-weight professional to take ownership of paid search campaigns and drive measurable results for our diverse portfolio. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Strategy
* Plan, build, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media platforms
* Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
* Develop and implement strategic bidding approaches to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs
* Create compelling ad copy and landing page recommendations that drive conversions
Analysis & Optimization
* Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations to improve results
* Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures
* Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to internal stakeholders
* Analyse conversion data and user behaviour to identify areas for improvement
Agency & Stakeholder Management
* Build strong relationships with agency partners through regular communication and proactive account management
* Present campaign strategies, results, and recommendations in meetings
* Collaborate with external teams including SEO, content, and creative specialists
* Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal allocation across channels
Essential Requirements
Experience & Skills
* 2-4 years of hands-on PPC experience managing campaigns with budgets of £10k+ per month
* Google Ads certification and demonstrated expertise across Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube campaigns
* Proficiency with Microsoft Ads (Bing) and social media advertising platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok)
* Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets
Technical Knowledge
* Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and measurement frameworks
* Experience with bid management tools and automated bidding strategies
* Knowledge of landing page optimization principles and CRO best practices
* Familiarity with feed management for Shopping campaigns
Personal Attributes
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
* Proactive problem-solver with a data-driven mindset
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Desirable Requirements
* Experience with additional platforms such as Amazon Ads, Apple Search Ads, or programmatic advertising
* Knowledge of SEO and how it integrates with paid search strategies
* Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
* Understanding of GDPR and privacy-focused advertising approaches
* Previous agency experience or experience managing multiple client accounts
