What You’ll Be Doing:
* Owning the full lifecycle of solution architecture, from early shaping through to delivery.
* Designing secure, scalable solutions using modern cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
* Partnering with product, engineering, and senior stakeholders to align technology choices with strategic business goals.
* Driving continuous improvement and exploring emerging technologies to tackle complex challenges.
* Guiding Agile Release Trains and supporting multiple feature teams with clear architectural direction.
* Contributing to enterprise-wide architecture initiatives and helping evolve ways of working across the business.
Main Skills Needed:
* Strong background in solution design, digital architecture, and governance across multi-channel environments.
* Deep knowledge of cloud architecture, data lake technologies, and data integration patterns.
* Experience working in regulated industries, ideally within Agile at Scale environments.
* Confident leadership and coaching style, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Strong understanding of non-functional requirements, security, resilience, and performance.
* A mindset for innovation and problem-solving, with the ability to translate complexity into practical solutions.
